Cram Session is a small group training session with intensity...designed by Denise, Anatomies' Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Director. This is a great way to 'cram' a workout into your lunch break or on your way home from work. Cram your 30-minute workout into your lunch hour (11:30 a.m.) or into your busy afternoon schedule (4:30 p.m.) on Mondays and Fridays.
The 4 week program begins Monday, March 31st. There are only 14 spots available.
