Group Kick meets on Tuesday at 6 pm, Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday at 9:35 am. Each class begins with 10 minutes of kick and punch instruction to learn or perfect your moves!! With consistency, you are guaranteed to burn tons of calories, shape your muscles (full body), work your abs, change your body and have a blast!!
