Task Force Fitness begins Monday, May 19


Task Force Fitness is a military based fitness program designed to challenge those who participate at every level of conditioning. The program targets muscular strength and endurance, cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility and body composition which are the components of fitness required by today's Army standards.


Instructor: SFC Donald Harrod, Senior Infantry Instructor, 154th RTI, Camp Shelby, MS

Member of Anatomies since 1998


Sessions: Monday and Thursday evenings 1900 hours (7:00 pm). 1 hour duration.


Cost: $99 - 6 week program


Targeted Groups: Men and Women - Beginner to Advanced fitness levels


Standards: Military PT test conducted at beginning to help set desired personal goals. Pt test conducted again at end of program to assess physical improvement.

Group Kick meets on Tuesday at 6 pm, Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday at 9:35 am. Each class begins with 10 minutes of kick and punch instruction to learn or perfect your moves!! Classified Abs class begins Monday, May 12

Classified Abs is back! This 4 week session begins Monday, May 12 and goes through June 6. Classes meet on Mon-Wed-Fri from 6:20 to 6:40 am (after Siren Spin) or 5:30 to 5:50 pm (before Group Power).

Row HARD begins Tuesday, May 6

Row HARD classes begin Tuesday, May 6. This is a 4-week rowing class designed to work your entire body in only 30 minutes! Choose a class time that fits into your schedule. Cardio Row begins Monday, May 5th

Cardio Row begins on Monday, May 5. This is a new kind of workout that burns up to 800 calories per hour and works ALL muscle groups! Why row? It builds endurance, helps with rhythm, is a great cardio exercise, is a fun, body workout, is challenging and has smooth, low impact motions!

Cardio Row includes 8 sessions over a 4 week period. Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday from 9:45 am to 10:15 am for the Morning Group or from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Monday and Thursday for the evening group. Only 6 spots available, so reserve your spot now!

The new Biggest Loser challenge begins May 5! We have added BOD POD testing to the program now to provide more accurate results. Biggest Loser includes weekly nutrition consulations and weekly personal and group training.
